Statement from United Soccer League:
The United Soccer League announced today, in close collaboration with the USL League Two Executive Committee, that the start to the 2020 League Two season will be delayed in order to align with recent guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on restricting public gatherings of 50 or more people through Sunday May 10th.
The health and wellness of our players, supporters and staff remains our top priority and we will continue to monitor ongoing events, receive guidance from local, state and national health authorities, as well as other sports organizations from across the United States.
We wish to again thank League Two supporters for their understanding, as well as extend our best wishes to all the individuals and communities who have been impacted by COVID-19.
