Further to the statement issued on Thursday announcing the USL League Two season has been canceled, we wish to confirm the process for refunding season ticket passes as promised.
We really appreciate the support you showed for the club in February when season tickets went on sale. The response was incredible and we are sorry that we won’t be able to come together in the weeks and months ahead as we had planned. We must all stay safe and healthy so when the opportunity does come to kick a ball for the first time, we can all be there to celebrate a special occasion.
All our energies are currently focused on making the best of the situation and having a great day on May 9. There is a lot more work that goes into not playing games than you’d imagine.
We intend to promptly issue refunds for all the season passes that you purchased. We will begin this process within the next 10 days. You don’t need to do anything, the money will be returned to the account or payment card it was received from.
Some of you have already reached out to ask if you can roll this on to 2021. This is something we would be happy to do but would request you please email [email protected] with your name and order number, so we have a written request. We will then confirm your 2021 season ticket.
Others have said they would be willing to donate the value of their season pass to the COVID-19 fund that will benefit from our uninaugural gameday celebration. In the interests of transparency, we would prefer to refund the money and for you to purchase etickets to achieve this. We know this involves more work for both parties, but we wish to avoid any confusion and feel this is the best way to do this.

We can also confirm that on May 9, we will reveal the club’s first uniform and the story behind it. The jerseys will be manufactured at the earliest opportunity and they will be available to preorder on repthebend.com from next weekend.
The names of all season ticket holders who pledged their backing before February 20 (and confirmed names) will be incorporated in the design of the jerseys. Given the events of recent months, this uniform has taken on greater significance: when it is safe to do so, we will be even prouder to take to the field with all your names on our inaugural uniform.
