Danish-based sportswear company will supply the club with uniform and equipment in an exclusive multi-year partnership
South Bend, IN (February 09, 2021) — South Bend Lions has agreed an exclusive multi-year partnership with European sports brand hummel as the club’s first official apparel and equipment supplier.
Founded in Denmark in 1923, hummel has grown into an internationally renowned sportswear provider, partnering with the Danish national teams and top-flight clubs across Europe. In recent years the company has joined forces with an increasing number of clubs, including Forward Madison and Maryland Bobcats in the US.
Last May, South Bend Lions unveiled the design of its inaugural home and away uniforms to much acclaim, only for production to be disrupted by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to producing the playing uniforms, hummel will provide the club with training wear, equipment, and an impressive range of supporter merchandise.
